Cement Bulkers Working and system:
Al-Jassar’s cement bulkers are designed for efficient and safe operation. To facilitate the unloading, a hose pipe connects the vessel’s discharge to the silo’s inlet, allowing cement to flow out with great pressure. Consequently, this process typically takes around 30-45 minutes to empty the vessel. Furthermore, for loading cement into the vessel, top hatches are provided, enabling easy filling. In addition, Al-Jassar has further enhanced safety by installing extra safety valves, which are set to open if the pressure exceeds 30 PSI, preventing potential accidents. This pressure vessel is equipped with a diesel engine and compressor, which work together seamlessly to generate pressure inside the vessel. Consequently, the engine drives the compressor, and subsequently, the compressor creates pressure inside the vessel, reaching a recommended working pressure of 30 PSI, although it has been tested up to 45 PSI.
Moreover, the V-shape design of the cement bulker enables cement to flow smoothly and quickly from the bulker, facilitating efficient unloading. Additionally, our team has carefully calculated and installed an aeriation system inside the bulker, allowing compressed air to enter the bulker and push cement from every corner of the vessel. As a result, this ensures that no cement is left inside the bulker during unloading, providing a complete and thorough discharge.
